At NGR Publisher, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic publishing while ensuring that all research articles are freely accessible to readers across the globe through our open access model. To support the costs associated with the publishing process, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication.

1. What is the Article Processing Charge (APC)?

The APC is a fee that authors—or their institutions or funding bodies—are required to pay once a manuscript is accepted. This fee supports essential publishing services such as:

Peer Review
Editing and Proofreading
Production and Formatting
Online Hosting
Archiving and Digital Preservation
Promotion

2. APC Amount

Normal Processing Fee:

Indian Authors: ₹2000
Foreign Authors: $25

Fast Track Processing Fee:

Indian Authors: ₹3000
Foreign Authors: $35

3. APC Waivers and Discounts

NGR Publisher is dedicated to supporting authors from all backgrounds, particularly those with limited access to research funding. We offer:

Partial Discounts: Available to authors from low-income countries or institutions without adequate publication funding.
Authors may request a discount during submission by providing relevant details about their funding situation. All waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Process

APC Payment Notification: Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice for the APC.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely through bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Detailed instructions will accompany the invoice.
Payment Deadline: The APC must be paid prior to publication. Delay in payment may result in postponement of the article’s release.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds: APCs cover the costs of processing and publishing. Once an article is published, NGR Publisher does not issue refunds. If an article is withdrawn by the author after payment, the APC remains non-refundable.

6. Extra Fees

Additional Pages: Manuscripts exceeding the 30-page standard limit may incur additional charges per extra page. The exact fee will be shared during the submission process.
Special Figures or Formatting: Articles that require extensive figure preparation or specialized formatting may be subject to extra charges, which will be discussed with the author in advance.
