The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Modern Software Development​

ABSTRACT:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has greatly impacted various areas of computer science, especially software development. Modern software systems are becoming more complex, creating a need for smart tools that can help developers improve efficiency and code quality. This study looks at the role of AI in software development by examining its applications in coding, testing, debugging, and project management. A review of existing research and technological tools was done to see how AI contributes to the software development lifecycle. The findings show that AI technologies speed up development, reduce human errors, and boost productivity. However, challenges like implementation costs and data needs still pose significant issues. The study concludes that AI will remain vital in shaping the future of software engineering.
