Conflict Of Interests

The Nexus Global Research Journal of Multidisciplinary (NGRJM) recognizes that the integrity of the peer-review process and the credibility of published research depend on the proper identification and management of conflicts of interest. A conflict of interest may arise when personal, financial, professional, or institutional relationships could influence, or reasonably appear to influence, the preparation, review, or publication of a manuscript.

All authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial staff are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest to ensure transparency, fairness, and academic integrity. Disclosed conflicts will be assessed appropriately and may be communicated to readers where relevant.

1. Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could influence their research or its interpretation. They must provide a conflict-of-interest statement in their manuscripts, even when no conflicts exist. Authors must also acknowledge relevant funding sources and individuals who provided substantial writing, technical, or other support.

2. Funding Sources
Authors must clearly disclose all sources of financial support for their research and describe the role of funders in study design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and manuscript preparation, where applicable. The journal reserves the right to take appropriate action if funding arrangements compromise research integrity or editorial independence.

3. Reviewers
Reviewers must disclose any personal, financial, academic, or professional relationships that could affect their impartiality. Reviewers with significant conflicts of interest must decline the review invitation. Authors may request the exclusion of particular reviewers by providing a reasonable justification; however, the final decision rests with the editorial team.

4. Editors and Editorial Staff
Editors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and must not participate in editorial decisions where their impartiality may be compromised. Such manuscripts should be assigned to an independent editor. Editorial staff must maintain confidentiality and must not use unpublished information obtained during the editorial process for personal or professional advantage.

NGRJM is committed to managing conflicts of interest transparently and consistently to maintain the fairness of peer review and the integrity of the scholarly record.
