Peer Review Policy

The Nexus Global Research Journal of Multidisciplinary (NGRJM) is committed to maintaining academic quality, research integrity, and transparency through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated according to their originality, scholarly merit, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

Editorial Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal, originality, quality, and compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's requirements may be rejected without external review.

Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise. The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

Reviewers evaluate the originality, methodology, accuracy, presentation, significance, and ethical standards of the submitted work. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' comments.

Editorial Decisions
Based on the reviewers' reports and the editor's assessment, a manuscript may be:

  • Accepted: Suitable for publication without further substantive revision.
  • Minor Revision: Requires limited corrections or improvements.
  • Major Revision: Requires substantial changes and further evaluation.
  • Rejected: Does not meet the journal's publication standards.

The final decision rests with the responsible editor. Acceptance is not guaranteed by submission or completion of peer review.

Confidentiality and Conflicts of Interest
Editors and reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality. Unpublished information obtained during peer review must not be used for personal or professional advantage.

Review Timelines
The journal aims to process submissions efficiently while allowing adequate time for independent and thorough evaluation. Review timelines may vary depending on manuscript complexity, reviewer availability, and the extent of revisions required.

Publication Ethics
NGRJM follows relevant publication ethics principles and guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Suspected plagiarism, research misconduct, or ethical violations identified during peer review will be handled in accordance with the journal's policies.

The journal is committed to ensuring a fair, independent, confidential, and academically rigorous peer-review process for all submissions.
