Data Availability Statement
Data Sharing Policy
The Nexus Global Research Journal of Multidisciplinary (NGRJM) encourages transparency, reproducibility, and responsible data sharing. Authors are encouraged to make the data supporting their published findings available whenever possible. Research data may include datasets, statistical analyses, questionnaires, research protocols, software code, images, and other materials necessary to verify and reproduce research findings.
Authors are encouraged to deposit relevant data in recognized repositories or provide it as supplementary material alongside their articles. Data containing confidential information, personal identifiers, or legally restricted material may be exempt from public sharing. In such cases, authors must clearly explain the restrictions in their Data Availability Statement.
Data Availability Statement Requirements
Authors submitting research articles must include a Data Availability Statement describing the availability of the data supporting their findings. The statement will be published alongside the article. Authors should select the applicable statement from the following options and provide additional details where necessary.
1. Data are available in a public repository
Authors must provide the repository name, persistent URL or DOI, and applicable licence or access conditions. Relevant datasets must be appropriately cited in the manuscript and reference list.
2. Data are available upon reasonable request
Authors must specify the nature of the available data, the person or institution responsible for providing access, contact information, and any applicable conditions for access or reuse.
3. Data are available from a third party
Where data are obtained from a third party and cannot be made publicly available, authors must identify the data source, explain the access restrictions, and provide information on how eligible researchers may request access, where permitted.
4. Data are included in the article or supplementary materials
Authors may state that all data supporting the study's findings are available within the published article or its supplementary materials.
5. Data sharing is not applicable
If no datasets were generated or analyzed during the study, authors may state: "Data sharing is not applicable to this article, as no datasets were generated or analyzed during the current study."
Confidentiality and Ethical Considerations
Authors must ensure that shared datasets do not contain identifiable patient information, confidential personal details, or other information that could compromise privacy. Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical requirements, informed consent provisions, and data protection regulations.
NGRJM encourages authors to retain research data for a reasonable period after publication and to provide access when appropriate, subject to ethical, legal, and institutional restrictions.
The journal promotes responsible data management and transparent reporting to support the reliability, reproducibility, and integrity of multidisciplinary research.
