Article Processing Charges

Submission Fees
No submission fee is charged. Authors can submit their manuscripts to the Nexus Global Research Journal of Medical Sciences (NGRJMS) free of cost. The journal encourages submissions from medical researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, academicians, biomedical scientists, and other qualified contributors without imposing any initial submission charges.

Editorial Processing Charges
No separate editorial processing charges are applied. Initial editorial screening, plagiarism checking, manuscript evaluation, and the double-blind peer-review process are conducted without any additional fee.

Article Processing Charges (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following successful completion of the editorial assessment and peer-review process. The APC supports publication-related services, including manuscript preparation, copyediting, typesetting, DOI assignment and registration where applicable, online publication, digital hosting, and archiving.

The APC for this journal is: USD 35 (Thirty-Five US Dollars Only)

Discounts and Waivers
The journal may consider partial or full APC waivers based on transparent and reasonable criteria, including:

  • Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income or lower-middle-income countries.
  • Authors experiencing genuine financial hardship.
  • Invited scholarly contributions or special submissions approved under the journal's waiver policy.
  • Other exceptional circumstances considered by the editorial management.
  • Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission, preferably with appropriate justification. All requests are evaluated fairly and independently of the peer-review and editorial decision-making process.

APC Refund Policy
The APC is generally non-refundable once publication-related processing has commenced, including DOI registration, copyediting, typesetting, or other production activities.

However, a refund may be considered if an accepted article cannot be published due to an administrative or technical error attributable to the journal. Each such case will be assessed individually by the publisher.

Additional Charges
•    Page Charges: None.
•    Colour Charges: None. Figures, photographs, charts, and illustrations are published in colour without additional charges.
•    Submission Charges: None.
•    Peer-Review Charges: None.

Print Version Charges (Optional)
Authors who require printed copies of their published articles may request them separately. Applicable printing, handling, and delivery charges will be communicated to the authors before an order is confirmed.
