ABSTRACT:

This research examines how innovation and risk-taking influence the future entrepreneurial success of Tesla in the Philippines, with particular attention to Pangasinan. Anchored on entrepreneurship, innovation diffusion, and strategic risk taking perspectives, the study highlights how Teslaโ€™s technological innovations, electric vehicle leadership, brand positioning, and willingness to enter emerging markets may shape its potential success in a developing regional economy. The discussion emphasizes the relevance of product innovation, process innovation, service innovation, digital integration, charging infrastructure, market readiness, consumer affordability, environmental awareness, and government policy support. Findings indicate that Teslaโ€™s innovation capacity is a major driver of future entrepreneurial success because it strengthens brand value, customer interest, sustainability appeal, and competitive advantage. Risk-taking also contributes significantly, particularly through investment in infrastructure, entry into price-sensitive markets, adaptation to local conditions, and navigation of regulatory and economic uncertainties. In Pangasinan, opportunities are linked to growing urbanization, increasing environmental consciousness, transport modernization, and potential partnerships with local government units and private stakeholders. However, barriers include high acquisition costs, limited charging stations, consumer unfamiliarity, and after-sales service concerns. The article concludes that Teslaโ€™s success in Pangasinan will depend on strategic localization, infrastructure expansion, financing accessibility, policy alignment, and continuous innovation.

ABSTRACT:

This article provides an analysis of polysemy and cognitive lexical semantics, focusing on how a single word form can have multiple, related meanings organized in motivated networks. Polysemy is a pervasive feature of natural language, and cognitive linguistics offers a principled account of how word senses are related through metaphorical, metonymic, and other extensions. The article examines the distinction between polysemy and homonymy, the cognitive mechanisms that motivate polysemy, the radial category model of word meaning, the role of image schemas and conceptual metaphors in lexical extension, and the implications of the framework for lexicography, language teaching, and computational linguistics. It is argued that polysemy is not a problem to be solved but a reflection of the dynamic, creative, and embodied nature of human cognition.

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the differential approach, which is the basis of the modern educational paradigm, and its strategic role in developing studentsโ€™ creative thinking. The study highlights methods for revealing an individualโ€™s intellectual potential through the differentiation of the educational process, optimizing cognitive processes, and stimulating creative abilities. Additionally, scientific proposals are presented regarding the implementation of pedagogical models of the differential approach and the creation of a flexible creative learning environment adapted to studentsโ€™ individual characteristics.

It examines enhancing lesson effectiveness through the use of AI chatbots such as ChatGPT and Claude, as well as virtual (VR) and augmented (AR) reality technologies in the activities of young teachers. Furthermore, by comparing international and local experiences, the role of digital tools in fundamentally improving the quality of education is scientifically revealed within the framework of the โ€•Digital Uzbekistan โ€“ 2030โ€– strategy.

ABSTRACT:

At a time when the global order is undergoing significant transformation, states are facing considerable challenges in adapting to the processes of globalization. This has, in turn, increased the importance of regional structures and cooperation frameworks. A similar dynamic is serving as a driving force behind the integration of Central Asian states. Although the initial steps in this direction were taken in 2017, the process did not initially develop into a fully institutionalized mechanism due to certain interruptions. However, the Consultative Meetings of the Central Asian Heads of State have now reached a stage where only the final steps remain toward attaining the status of a formal institutional structure. The acceleration of this process has been further reinforced by various emerging risks and threats, which increasingly demonstrate that regional challenges can no longer be effectively addressed without coordinated regional mechanisms. As these developments continue to evolve, there is growing confidence that such issues can be resolved through regional agreements. Ultimately, the completion of this process is expected to open new and broader opportunities for the Central Asian states in the future.

ABSTRACT:

This article examines the role of human capital and technological development in the innovative economy based on a comprehensive scientific approach. The study substantiates, both theoretically and empirically, the importance of human capital in the transformation of economic systems under globalization, particularly in the transition from an industrial economy to an innovative and digital economy. The paper analyzes the formation and development stages of human capital theory based on the views of representatives of classical economic schools and modern economists. ABSTRACT:

This study developed a novel fortified blended fertilizer using locally available waste materials: powdered sewage, wood ash, agricultural lime, and human urine. The formulation was optimized into basal and top-dressing blends by incorporating small quantities of commercial NPK and urea, respectively. The fertilizer was applied to maize under field conditions, and its effects were evaluated through soil testing and plant performance. Laboratory analysis revealed high nutrient concentrations (N: 308โ€“ 359 mg/kg, P: 432โ€“503 mg/kg, K: 988โ€“1150 mg/kg) and elevated fertility indices (3397โ€“3953 mg/kg). Field trials demonstrated successful maize growth with no signs of nutrient deficiency or toxicity. The results indicate that this fortified blended fertilizer can serve as a sustainable, low-cost alternative to conventional inorganic fertilizers, contributing to circular agriculture and waste valorisation.

ABSTRACT:

This viewpoint paper investigates the ways in which higher education institutions (HEIs) may forge organizational learning capabilities to generate an AI implementation system that meets sustainability criteria while supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This viewpoint synthesizes current trends in AI adoption, organizational learning theory, and sustainability frameworks to put forth a conceptual model for responsible AI implementation in higher education contexts. In traditional scenarios, AI implementation in HEIs gives precedence to technological advancement and tends to overlook other aspects of environmental and social responsibility, thereby forming a critical gap in sustainable organizational learning practice. This paper offers the first full-fledged viewpoint connecting AI implementation with organizational learning for sustainability in higher education, thus laying some groundwork at the underrecognized interface of technology adoption and environmental responsibility. This viewpoint is conceptual, requiring empirical validation in a variety of institutional and cultural settings.Framework proposed herein can be used by HEIs as practical ways of integrating sustainability issues into the AI adoption process contraposed to building institutional learning capabilities. A sustainable AI implementation can serve to support various SDGs, fostering the ethical use of technology and environmental care in education.
